A Ghanaian chief bestowed me with the name "Akua", meaning leader and helper, a name I carry with honour as I guide women through life’s transitions, helping them shed old narratives and step into their most authentic, liberated selves.

At the heart of my work is The "Unbecoming" Journey, a signature framework I’ve designed to help women release everything they are not, so they can step fully into who they truly are. Through immersive retreats, intimate coaching, and transformational conversations, I help women reconnect with themselves and design lives that feel truly aligned.

Beyond coaching, I’m passionate about mentorship and youth empowerment. I work closely with Oaks of Righteousness (OoR), a grassroots organization in Botswana dedicated to mentoring young leaders.
Together, we founded The Dream Catcher Cup, a football tournament designed to empower and uplift youth in Otse Village.

Retreats That Go Beyond Transformation - My retreats aren’t just getaways, they are sacred spaces for deep personal evolution. Through storytelling, ritual, cultural immersion, and sisterhood, I help women reconnect, embrace adventure, and step boldly into their truth.

Whether I’m holding space for a woman in transition, leading a retreat in a breath-taking destination, or speaking on global stages, my mission remains the same: "To guide women back to their true selves".
