• Daphne E. Jones is an accomplished business leader with over 30 years of experience driving digital transformation, governance, and innovation at some of the world’s most respected companies.
• With expertise in governance and strategic oversight, she has served as an independent director on several public company boards, collaborating with management on long-term value creation, activist investor readiness/response, and strategic digital transformation.

  Currently, Daphne serves on the Board of Directors of AMN Healthcare (NYSE: AMN), where she provides strategic oversight and governance expertise as a member of the Audit and Nominating & Governance Committees.
  
  
• She has previously contributed to the boards of Masonite International and The Barnes Group, where her leadership in governance on Audit & Nominating & Governance committees were pivotal in enabling buy and sell activities, including the 2024 acquisition of Masonite by Owens Corning and the 2025 acquisition of The Barnes Group by Apollo Capital.
