Daphne E. Jones is a seasoned Fortune 500 executive and corporate board director with more than 30 years of experience leading digital transformation, innovation, and strategic growth at global companies.
She previously held senior executive roles including Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for GE Healthcare Engineering, R&D & Global Services, Senior Vice President for the Future of Work at General Electric, and Corporate Officer, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Hospira, Inc. In these roles, she led large-scale global technology and business transformation initiatives that accelerated operational efficiency, expanded market reach, and strengthened stakeholder value.
Today, Daphne brings that executive experience into the boardroom. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of AMN Healthcare (NYSE: AMN), where she sits on the Audit and Nominating & Governance Committees. She previously served on the boards of Masonite International and The Barnes Group, where she provided governance leadership during significant strategic milestones, including the 2024 acquisition of Masonite by Owens Corning and the 2025 acquisition of Barnes by Apollo Capital.
Known for her strategic insight and independent judgment, Daphne brings expertise in governance, CEO and board succession, activist investor relations, and digital transformation. She is recognized for helping boards navigate complex inflection points while aligning strategy with long-term shareholder value.
Daphne is also the CEO and founder of The Board Curators, a platform dedicated to preparing senior leaders for corporate board service. Through her work, she equips high-performing professionals with the strategy, visibility, and positioning needed to secure boardroom opportunities.
She is the author of “Win When They Say You Won’t,” a leadership book that challenges professionals to eliminate career-limiting language and step into leadership with confidence, accountability, and vision.
