 About Adriana Guedes
I am Adriana: daughter, sister, wife, manufacturing and production engineer, therapist, and business therapist.n.
My professional journey has always been connected to high-performance environments, aggressive goals, and constant pressure. For a long time, I believed that handling everything was synonymous with strength—even when it cost me my emotional health, my energy, and, little by little, my identity.
I have been exactly in the place where mental health in the workplace was treated as weakness. Where exhaustion was mistaken for a lack of resilience, and sensitivity was seen as incapacity. I experienced silent overload and the constant feeling of never being enough, even while consistently delivering more than what was expected. On the outside, results. On the inside, exhaustion, guilt, and a deep disconnection from who I truly was.
It was at this breaking point that I understood a transformative truth: there is no sustainable success without inner governance. And there is no real prosperity without emotional, mental, and spiritual alignment.
I am also the author of the book “Living God’s Abundance”, where I share practical tools to strengthen self-worth, deservingness, confidence, and the spiritual alignment necessary to create businesses with purpose, identity, and direction—aligned with one’s mission. I believe abundance goes far beyond finances; it is about living with clarity, peace, coherence, and the courage to materialize your ideas in the world, in your own way.
