 About Kemi Bankole
I was born and raised in Nigeria, in a values-driven home where faith, excellence, and
service were non-negotiable. Growing up, I learned early that purpose and discipline go
hand in hand. My upbringing shaped my deep sense of responsibility, resilience, and belief
that God orders our steps, even when the path ahead is unclear.
My professional journey spans executive administration, human resources, and project
management across complex organizational environments. Over the years, I earned my
MBA and PMP certification, and worked closely with senior leaders, gaining firsthand
exposure to strategy, decision-making, and operational leadership.
One of my greatest challenges was navigating career transitions in a new country while
carrying both personal ambition and responsibility. Starting over is humbling, especially
when your experience is deep but misunderstood.
As a Black woman and immigrant operating in professional and leadership spaces, I am
deeply aware of the importance of representation. I have seen what happens when brilliance
is overlooked, and when talent is present but not positioned.
I am building a globally recognized consulting firm that empowers professionals to transition
into leadership, ownership, and influence. My vision includes scaling Kemi Bankole
Consulting, expanding into global markets, speaking on international stages, and
contributing to systems that shape economic and professional equity.
