 About Andrea De Loney

  • Andrea De Loney is a dynamic leader with over 14 years of experience in human resources, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Known for her high-energy approach, she has guided organizations across industries through transformative changes and fostered equitable workplaces.
  • Currently, Andrea is the Senior Manager for Learning & Organizational Development at Warner Music Group, where she leverages her expertise in DEI competencies and methodologies and collaborates with business leaders to design talent strategies that elevate employee engagement and align with organizational goals. 
  • Leveraging her expertise in DEI, she has successfully secured over $32,000 through the WMG Social Justice Fund for several Long Island-based organizations—an achievement that underscores her commitment to driving real impact in underrepresented communities.
  • In October 2023, Andrea took a bold step by launching LevelUp Coaching & Consulting LLC, a now New York State-certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE). Through this firm, Andrea designs transformative coaching and consulting solutions that empower clients to elevate their careers and organizations to new heights.
  • Since its inception, LevelUp has partnered with respected organizations including Hofstra University, JetBlue, NY Road Runners, Howard University, and the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Long Island Chapter. 
  • Andrea’s contributions to her community and profession have earned her numerous accolades, including the Long Island Business News’ Diversity in Business Award and recognition as a Suffolk County Champion of Diversity.
  • She is also Wagner College’s 2024 Alumni Key Award recipient. Active in her community, Andrea serves as a Board Member for EMPACT Inc./Black Long Island and a proud, active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Rho Omega Zeta Chapter.
