 About Chante Robinson

  • Chante is a global systems architect and governance strategist whose work spans government, private sector, and Diaspora ecosystems. She operates at the intersection of institutional design, continental trade, and sovereign economic development for women across Africa and the global Black Diaspora.
  • She serves as the Deputy Secretary General of the Global Chamber of Commerce for African Trade & Economic Development (GCATRED), where she architects governance frameworks that strengthen cross‑border trade, institutional coherence, and Africa‑centered economic sovereignty.

  • She is also the Convener of Governance and International Relations for Malawi, supporting national‑level institutional design, diplomatic alignment, and modernization of governance infrastructure.

  • In the United States, Chante leads a parallel body of work that reinforces her continental mandate. Through SPARQ Ambition and SPARQ Investment Group, she architects platform‑based economic systems that support founders and women leaders in building sovereign, non‑extractive enterprises.

  • Across all her roles, Chante’s mission is singular: to architect sovereign economic systems for women and to build the institutional scaffolding required for Africa and the Diaspora to move from aspiration to aligned action. She stands as part of a new generation of leaders building the systems our future requires.
