About Chelly Conley

  • Chelly Conley is the Director of HR & Inclusion at KnowBe4, bringing over a decade of experience in leadership development, employee engagement, and inclusive workplace practices
  •  A dedicated community leader, she serves on the boards of Madi’s Movement and Rev1804 and sits on the Leadership Committee for the Tampa Bay Chamber’s Women of Influence.
