About Dr. Danielle Feggins

  • Dr. Danielle E. Feggins is a Leadership Development Consultant, Executive Speaker, Author, and Certified Coach who partners with organizations to strengthen leadership capacity, improve retention, and advance workforce effectiveness. Her work centers on helping leaders harness the power of individuality to lead authentically, confidently, and effectively.
  • As the founder of Speak to All, LLC, Dr. Feggins brings a psychologically grounded, identity‑centered approach to leadership development—bridging personal identity, purpose, and organizational performance. She equips leaders to navigate complexity, build confidence, and lead with clarity and courage in environments that often demand conformity.
  • Dr. Feggins holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University, along with a Doctorate in Business Management with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
  • She is the author of Respect My Individuality! How to Maintain Self‑Confidence in an Insecure World, where she explores the role of individuality in confidence, leadership, and personal growth. Her work challenges individuals to honor their identity, maintain self‑confidence, and lead with integrity in systems that often reward assimilation.
