I help women over 50 activate their voice, visibility and vision, so they can live aligned, lead with truth, and love with grace.
Over the past 25 years, I have embodied a life philosophy rooted in curiosity, reinvention and service, which has taken me around the world, where I have been able to live my purpose over and over again.
For the past 10+ years, I’ve sat with over 1,000 people in the raw places, the turning points, the a-ha moments, and I’ve watched what happens when a woman finally sees herself. It’s magical.
Sometimes people think power needs to be loud or harsh. Power to me can also come from stillness and silence. Power is the essence that comes from knowing exactly who you are, being who you are, without needing permission and without apology.
Ownership looks like sacred responsibility. Holding my life in my own hands without shrinking or negotiating my needs. It requires an openness that accepts all parts of me with grace and the courage to extend this compassion to others.
I’m changing the narrative that women over 50 should fade away into the background, forget their dreams, or play small. This is not the ending, this is the most beautiful beginning, and we are just getting started.
Everything changed when I landed in hospital at 30 with chest pains, bloody pressure through the roof. I thought I was having a heart attack, but was instead told that it was a severe panic attack. I said to myself, “If I’m not dying today, I will live life on my terms, not anyone else’s.” And it’s a mantra that has guided my life ever since.
Each morning before getting out of bed, take a few deep breaths and ask:
Who am I? The “I” that stays hidden. The “I” that may hide due to fear of judgement or ridicule.
“What I want every woman to walk away with after hearing my keynote is…” The belief that she can be who she has always wanted to be. She will leave with a deep, unshakable knowing that it is not too late and she is not invisible. She will leave with clear next steps and the courage to unmute her life, claim her wisdom, and lead from truth.
Join me at the summit because I am not here to simply entertain you, I’m here to gently activate you. If you are ready to stop second-guessing yourself and start living from your truth, then this keynote is for you.
