Leslie Fuqua Williams is a Strategic Advisor to Leaders, Founder & CEO of Artefax Group, and a trusted voice on leadership, personal evolution, and organizational change.- With more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology and over a decade of work in behavioral science and organizational development, Leslie has built a career helping leaders and organizations navigate complexity, anticipate emerging trends, and design strategies that move people and institutions forward.
- Known for her rare ability to connect strategic insight with human development, Leslie operates at the intersection of systems, leadership, and personal transformation. She holds advanced degrees in Computer Science, Leadership, Human Capital Analytics, and Organization Development, and has worked with hundreds of organizations and leaders across industries to help them evolve without losing integrity.
- Leslie believes leadership is a calling, and service is our response to that call. Her work challenges traditional leadership norms by helping high-achieving women and executives think more strategically about who they are becoming, not just what they are accomplishing. Through her consulting work, speaking engagements, and thought leadership, she equips individuals to ask better questions, recognize patterns shaping their lives, and intentionally design their next stage of growth.
