About Nicole Meek
Nicole has been a Recruitment Leader for over 20 years; having expertise within the following industries: Logistics & Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Technology, Higher Education, Insurance, Restaurant/Hospitality, SAAS and Healthcare. - She stepped out on Faith and started her own business entitled: M.E.E.K Consulting, LLC (which stands for Motivating and Empowering with Encouragement to Keep Going) in July of 2022.
- The goal of the organization is to help those who are seeking to elevate their career, start a new career, get back into the workforce, veterans looking for work, or who are displaced workers who deserve to be given another chance.
- She collaborates with her clients and strategizes a proven plan to help them with building effective resumes, be confident throughout the interview process and to enhance their skills of negotiation during salary discussions.
- She also helps organizations that are committed to diversity, inclusion and equity in their recruitment efforts, and in improving employee relations and performance management.
