About Ocean Novae Anuru
Ocean Novae Anuru, LMSW, MPH, is a strategic project manager, radical facilitator, and organizational change consultant with more than 15 years of experience leading complex, multi-site initiatives in youth services and community health.- She is the Founder and Managing Director of Dream Keep Consulting, a firm that champions healing-centered engagement through facilitation, speaking, leadership coaching, and an online learning academy designed to create brave spaces for learning, liberation, and new world-making
- Across her career, Ocean has managed multi-month consulting projects and cross-sector coalitions involving government agencies, nonprofits, and community-based organizations. She specializes in translating big-picture goals into clear timelines, roles, and deliverables, and is known for her ability to streamline operations, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable results within budget and on schedule.
- Her consulting and coalition work focus on youth mental health, trauma, racial equity, and systems transformation, with offerings that include workshops on trauma-informed care, adolescent development, interpersonal violence, healthy relationships, leadership development, and community care.
Ocean’s practice is grounded in deep professional training and lived commitment to liberation originating from her childhood in The Bronx and other Hoods. She holds an MSW in Management of Human Services and an MPH in Health Behavior and Health Education from the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor, and is a Licensed Master Social Worker in New York State.
