About Dr. Rhonda Glover Reese

  • Rhonda Glover Reese, Ed.D., retired from the FBI in September 2018 after 34 years of service, during which she held leadership roles in Newark, Washington, D.C., New Haven, and at FBI Headquarters. She is now the CEO of the Rhonda M. Glover Group LLC, a coaching/mentoring firm that develops law enforcement leaders and individuals interested in law enforcement, where she speaks her second language, leadership.
  • She holds certifications from the World Coach Institute as a Career Coach and a certification from the Youth Coaching Institute as a Youth Mentor Coach and Youth Leadership Coach. Dr. Reese is also certified to administer the EQi-2.0, and EQ 360 assessments.
  • She graduated from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA, with a BS in Criminal Justice and later received an MS in Management from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. She received her Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. In 2001, Dr. Reese founded the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives Youth Program and created its acclaimed annual youth leadership conference, which has impacted more than 4,700 youth.
  • Dr. Reese co-authored the best-selling books, “Dear Fear Volume 2:18 Powerful Lessons on Living Your Best Life on the Other Side of Fear” and “Your Deck of Success,” where she shares her success hack for staying goal-focused.
  • Dr. Reese was honored by Success Magazine as one of 50 women selected as a “2022 Woman of Influence” whose contributions have impacted industries, communities, and the personal and professional lives of others.
  • In 2024, she was named one of “10 Fearless Women in Business” by EliteX magazine. Dr. Reese is an international speaker who covers leadership development, coaching and mentoring, active shooter training, and overcoming fear.
