 About Rumella Cameron
Rumella Cameron Caraballo is a serial entrepreneur, strategist, and community builder with over a decade of experience helping entrepreneurs and organizations move from hustle to structure- She is the Founder and CEO of Conversance Business Solutions, a full-service business strategy and operations firm that supports startups, nonprofits, and growing companies nationwide with administrative systems, financial organization, and scalable growth strategies.
- Rumella’s journey into entrepreneurship began out of necessity. After graduating college as a single mother of three, she quickly learned that stability in traditional employment was never guaranteed.
- Drawing on her background in sales, marketing, business development, and executive support, she launched Conversance in 2015—securing her first five clients within weeks and transitioning fully into entrepreneurship that same year. What began as virtual assistance has since expanded into business consulting, bookkeeping, compliance support, and leadership strategy.
