About Ruth Sinkeler-Lendzian 

  • Ruth L. Sinkeler-Lendzian, GTML™ is an international talent strategist, leadership educator, and founder of CLIP Training & Consultancy N.V., a boutique human capital firm operating across Suriname and the Caribbean. With over 15 years of experience in high-level recruitment, executive advisory, and talent development, Ruth specializes in placing and empowering leaders in positions that shape organizations and economies.
  • Born and raised in Suriname and internationally trained, Ruth works at the intersection of leadership, identity, and power. She is a Global Talent Management Leader (GTML™), certified coach, and author of multiple books on leadership and entrepreneurship. Her work centers on helping professionals particularly women step into authority without losing their authenticity.



  • As co-creator of The Soft Authority Code (TSAC), Ruth explores how Black women and women of color can navigate corporate systems, entrepreneurship, and global spaces with strategic influence rather than force. Her philosophy challenges outdated leadership models and offers a framework rooted in presence, emotional intelligence, discernment, and self-possession.


  • Ruth is known for her direct yet grounded style. She combines strategic clarity with cultural awareness, drawing from her lived experience as a Black woman building businesses across continents.

  • Through speaking engagements, executive advisory, and writing, she inspires ambitious women to move beyond survival mode and claim rooms with intention not noise.
