Shai Boston, CPTD, is a Fractional Trainer, leadership communication strategist, coach, and speaker who helps organizations build clear, inclusive, high-performing cultures without relying on one-size-fits-all leadership advice.
Through her signature frameworks, The Clarity Catalyst and The NeuroDISC Method™, Shai equips leaders and teams to communicate with precision, reduce friction, and create environments where people can do their best work across different communication styles, cultures, and ways of thinking.
At the heart of Shai’s work is a simple truth: most workplace conflict isn’t a “people problem”—it’s a clarity problem. Teams don’t fall apart because employees don’t care. They fall apart because expectations are vague, communication is misaligned, feedback is inconsistent, and pressure amplifies misunderstandings. Shai’s approach turns that pattern around by giving leaders a practical, repeatable way to set expectations, navigate tough conversations, and lead with confidence—especially in fast-moving environments where clarity is often the first thing to disappear.
As a DISC Behavioral Analyst and neurodiversity-informed practitioner, Shai blends behavioral intelligence with real-world leadership tools that work in everyday moments: manager one-on-ones, client escalations, cross-functional handoffs, performance conversations, and high-stakes meetings. Her work doesn’t ask people to “fit” a culture or mask their style. Instead, she helps organizations build communication agreements that support different processing needs, reduce overwhelm, and improve psychological safety—so teams collaborate more effectively and leaders spend less time managing avoidable tension.
Shai is known for delivering training that is both research-informed and immediately usable—and for teaching from lived and shared experiences, especially as a neurodivergent woman who understands what it means to navigate high expectations, misinterpretation, and invisible workload in professional spaces.
Her sessions translate complex leadership concepts into clear, practical behaviors what to say, how to structure conversations, and how to adapt communication without losing authenticity or authority. Participants routinely walk away with tools they can implement the same day, such as clarity scripts for delegation and feedback, methods for reducing misinterpretation, and micro-shifts that improve follow-through and accountability.
As a Fractional Trainer, Shai partners with organizations that need high-impact training and leadership development without building a full internal function. She supports HR and People teams, executives, and people managers by designing and facilitating workshops, developing scalable learning programs, and strengthening communication norms across teams. Her work is especially valuable for organizations navigating growth, change, or culture transformation where alignment, trust, and execution depend on leaders communicating clearly and consistently.
Shai brings her personal voice to the broader conversation about topics that impact women self-care, identity, communication, and living with neurodivergence through her podcasts, Coffee, Cocktails, and Clarity: Real Women, Real Talk for Personal and Professional Development and Black Girl, Brown Girl… Squirrel! a space centered on neurodivergent women of color.
Across platforms and stages, she is recognized for a style that is warm and energizing, while still grounded in expertise and high standards. She meets people where they are, then moves them forward with clarity, compassion, and action.
Whether she is keynoting a conference, facilitating a manager training, coaching leaders through pivotal conversations, or building a learning program from the ground up, Shai’s mission remains the same: to help leaders communicate in ways that reduce confusion, strengthen relationships, and improve outcomes because clarity isn’t just a skill. It’s a leadership practice, and it changes what’s possible for people and organizations alike.
