About Therese Ndjeh

  • Therese Ndjeh is the visionary founder of Masoma Seeds, a transformative success and mindset coaching system inspired by her rich journey across Cameroon, Eswatini, and South Africa.
  • Leaving her native Cameroon in pursuit of fun, fulfillment, and freedom, she bravely stepped away from her family and community, driven by a passion to empower others.

  • Initially pioneering Kids’ Coaching, Therese enabled children to enhance their communication with parents, achieving remarkable success in her school.
However, her path took a dark turn in 2013 when the school abruptly closed, leading to profound personal and professional challenges, including the tragic loss of friends. This period of turmoil triggered an identity crisis, prompting deep introspection about her purpose and existence.

  • For four years, she grappled with questions of self-worth and validation. In 2021, a transformative encounter with mentor Bob Proctor reignited Therese’s quest for understanding.

  • This unique system has since empowered over 4,000 leaders, including doctors, ministers, and entrepreneurs, guiding them to transcend limiting beliefs and fostering a deep connection with themselves, others, and the earth.
Therese’s mission is clear: to plant the seeds of alignment, fulfillment, and abundance in every person of colour, ready to rise beyond limitations.
