Dailisha is an award-winning Executive Organizational Development Coach, radio personality, TEDx Talk Presenter, and Motivational Speaker. She is the Executive Director of Hey There Beautiful Foundation, a nonprofit creating safe spaces for girls to unapologetically dream, heal, & lead empowered lives through education, social-emotional learning, & personal development. Their vision is for every girl to live her life feeling empowered, loved, while joyously pursuing, their personal dreams and professional goals. Dailisha powerfully tells her story of surviving assault, suicide attempts, bullying, and her realities to audiences nationally to inspire them to pursue their personal visions.Â
It began with five women in a New York one-bedroom apartment, pursuing efforts to leave a legacy for the grandmother of founder, Dailisha Eve Rodriguez. After her grandmother transitioned in 2014, Dailisha realized in order to have her legacy live on, she had to reclaim her dreams. She released her ties to Corporate American after nearly thirteen years, quitting live on Facebook. Investing all the money in her savings account, Dailisha founded Hey There Beautiful Foundation in April of 2015.Â
Dailisha specializes in facilitating transformative workshops/retreats to empower individuals to achieve personal and professional goals.Â
She has facilitated over 100 workshops developing a social-emotional curriculum implemented for her clientele including International Women's Association, Black Women's Blueprint, New York City Department of Education, United Federation of Teachers, Avon, American Cancer Society, and the University of Connecticut.
