I am passionate about learning and development and using ''Things Mama Used To Say'' Jamaican proverbs flashcards as a innovative learning tool for leadership development, cultural humility and transformation.
I do what I do as a leadership coach and facilitator from the experience of making my bold ideas become a reality.
When I envisioned creating the Critically acclaimed Things Mama Used To Say proverbs cards in 2004 many naysayers informed me that there was no market for such a product....They were too "black". They wont sell. There is no market.Â
20 years later with over 24,000 copies sold they are as relevant as when I created them as a creative coaching tool to change perception and develop a winners mindset. I have used ''Things Mama Used To Say'' in many settings with groups and individuals from different backgrounds and over the years have won several awards for my contribution to learning and development.Â
